I take the buying process seriously, therefore I offer nothing but the highest quality of service. When you understand the Buying Process, you are better able to position
yourself as a Buyer, giving you plenty of choices and room to negotiate!
(1) Determine Your Wants and Needs This is the single most important step. By completing the Homebuyers Residence Objectives form (left) I can establish what you are looking for. Secondly, know what your current home is worth by completing the Home Evaluation form (top). My goal is to not waste your time by introducing you properties that don't meet your needs or that are not in your price range. Throughout the buying process I will maintain your confidentiality and represent your best interests.
(2) Get Pre-Qualified
This step will show you how much you can afford. This is easily accomplished by filling out the Prequalify NOW! form (top) and sending it to me so that I may establish monthly payments that you will be comfortable with.
(3) Get Your Documents Together Don't loose the Home of Your Dreams because you are unprepared! The link at the left will show you what you will need to purchase your new home.
(4) Home Shopping I will use every available method to locate a property that matches your search parameters. This will include properties listed, offered through other real estate companies, as well as unlisted properties and FSBO listings. When we find the home that meets your criteria, I will assist you in writing an offer and act as a liason between you and the Seller. |
